Koko Moa Living is a small, family-run team working to bring older buildings back to life and make them good, reliable homes for the people who live in them. We bought 232 Elm because we saw what it could be again: safe, comfortable, and part of the neighbourhood in a positive way.

We’re not a big developer and we’re not here to flip buildings. We do the work hands-on, we listen to our residents, and we focus on running housing the way we’d want it run if we lived here ourselves. That means clear communication, fair treatment, steady upkeep, and being present when people need something.

St. Thomas has a strong community, and we want to contribute to it—not change it. Our goal is simple: keep improving the building, support the people who make it their home, and build trust one day at a time.
